Anyone know anything about the Progress Tech springs for the xa. From what I can gather its a 1.3” front and 1.2” rear drop, with 165# for the front and 175# for the back. Any advice you guys can give to me one these would be great.

Thanks

You should consider the Tein H-Tech springs. Drop is -1.1" @front & -.9" @ rear. I got a set for around $160 from Partshippers, and had them installed for $100 at Addictive Racing (a local speed shop). If I had dropped any lower I wouldn't be able to get the floor jack under for oil changes, and would probably scrape on every speed bump I go over. I thought about the TRDs but couldn't see putting something painted white in a wheel well.

I'm on S-techs, and I don't scrape on speed bumps. I drive my car up onto 2 2x6 planks of wood to change my oil. Easier than grabbing the jack and hoisting it up.
Nothing wrong with going low. Besides, it looks better anyways.

On the Eibach Pro-Kits (1.75" drop) I can still get a low profile jack under to lift the car for oil changes. No problem. Scraping only in the most extreme cases. The cars nose is pretty short. It's not as liable to scrape as, say..a Civic with a similar drop.

I have s-techs also, no problems getting floor jack under it. I'm too old to crawl under my car to change the oil, I pay someone else to do it, lol.
